The 4 pillars of Holystica

At the heart of Holystica is a commitment to self-awareness, healing, and authentic connection. The Four Pillars offer unique tools to nurture your inner world, release what no longer serves you, and embrace your true essence. Together, they create a balanced, holistic approach to well-being, blending ancient wisdom with modern techniques.

Whether you’re seeking physical relief, emotional balance, or deeper self-understanding, these practices provide a pathway to transformation. They invite you to connect with your body and mind, unlocking the potential for growth and harmony.

Yin yoga

Going back to the roots of Yoga: By softening and releasing, Yin Yoga helps you access the body’s innate wisdom, slow down and cultivate a sense of openness and peace.
This stillness allows for a meditative experience that mirrors yoga's original intention: self-inquiry, neutral observation and the quieting of the mind.
Through long holds and deep stretches, Yin Yoga encourages the release of this stored tension. As the body relaxes and the awareness is focused on the sensations, emotions may surface, offering an opportunity to process and release unresolved feelings (aka trauma).
It is to highlight, that Yin Yoga itself is a powerful passive fascia release technique.

Myofascial Release

This is a transformative method to address tension held within the fascia, the body’s connective tissue. The different practices encourage deep release, improved mobility, and a profound sense of physical and emotional freedom.
One of the techniques you will learn is how to apply sustained pressure to specific areas with myofascia release balls.

This approach is revolutionary because science is finally catching up and proving that fascia is more than a structural element—it’s also an emotional storage system. Stress, trauma, and unresolved emotions often create tension in the fascia, leading to physical pain or restricted movement.
By releasing these deep-seated restrictions, myofascial techniques can unlock both physical and emotional blockages, promoting holistic healing, improving energy flow and nervous system regulation.
Additionally it promotes a cellular detox and restructuring of the tissue matrix, which can be even seen physically by reduced cellulite and anti-aging effects.

Somatic Movement

img_5603-1.jpg

A mindful exploration of movement that fosters a deep connection between body and self. Through intuitive, flowing movements, this pillar helps you align with your true nature and navigate life with greater ease and grace.
You will get to know different methods and language cues that aim to attune students with their own sensory awareness, so that they may intuitivly adapt their practice/ poses, instead of (unconsciously) pushing themselves into a given structure and overriding one's physical needs (as promoted in many Yang Yoga styles).

Psycho-Somatic Mentoring

A holistic approach to growth and transformation, integrating the mind and body. This mentoring process offers personalized guidance and support, helping you uncover your authentic self and achieve meaningful, lasting healing.

The basis of all our methods, is to learn how to fully be with any emotions in a physical way, which is also the key to transform/release or integrate them. We expect you to practice this Embodied Shadow Work yourself, so that you can authentically lead others into their inner world and hold space for their process as well.

NOTE:
Since we are being heavily copied in a dangerous way, we are not describing our different techniques in detail publicly. If you want to know more, we can share more with you in a video call.
