OUR APPROACH
-
All of our methods focuses on SAFE and SLOW emotional release and shadow integration
-
It supports deeper (Trauma) Therapy by firstly stabilizing the nervoussystem before slowly and naturally releasing suppressed emotions from the tissue memory. With that we also resolve old, chronic tension and energy blocks, that are reflected as love/success/health blocks in the outer world
-
We believe that true liberation and healing happens mainly through and within the body, rather than analyzing our stories intellectually
-
Our mission is to reconnect humans with their body, felt sense and needs, which ultimately empowers people to become confident, sovereign beings in all areas of life
-
We will coach you into finding your dharma, your purpose so that you can create an unique niche and stand out in the mass. We want you to chose your own speciality and your personal approach during the training. For example you could become an expert in childhood/attachment trauma that leads to runner-chaser dynamics, co-dependency, trauma bonds and physical health issues
Our offerings

A unique method that the world needs

-
This training has been created on the foundation of 15 years of self-healing experience and 10 years of successfully working with clients and students (Please find testimonials on our Instagram page)
-
One of the headteacher Vera researched and tried countless of methods, therapists, diets and movement styles. In this training she shares the tools that healed her anxiety, auto immune disease and other symptoms of emotional trauma as well as what methods or traps to avoid. Thanks to this priceless knowledge she was able to create fullfiling, reliable relationships and a life she didn't even dare to dream of 7 years ago.
-
Yin Yoga in general and this training is free of religious connotations. Means we don't include mantra chanting, or any reference to Hindu dieties (also the simple stretching poses are not representing dieties, unlike in active Yoga Styles). The main focus is to learn how to keep the awareness on what is present, the physical sensations and to stay with the uncomfortable. Once we quiet the mind and remain completly still, we have to face ourselves/our inner world honestly. This is also the moment when the divine can be felt and experienced in a very real, physical way.

Stand out as yogateacher by creating your niche

Let us speak from the heart: We can't say that the market needs more Vinyasa Yoga teachers. People are already too much in the "Yang" (Masculine Doing & Overthinking Mode).
Not only logic but also experience show what modern people need in these days: Stillness, reconnection, stress-, tension- and emotional release. -
The special blend of dynamic fascia release, Yin Yoga, Somatic Experience and the Myofascial Release Balls filled Vera's classes in Berlin to an extend, that she had to send people away at the door.
-
But not only stressed office people profit from this method. Also athletes, gym-fans and surfers find their relieve on the balls or in Yin Poses.
